Community Involvement.
At 14, Jamie witnessed the impact of a single vote and the importance of protecting every voter's voice. Her parents tirelessly supported a City Council candidate who ultimately won by a slim margin, reinforcing the idea that one vote can change everything.
In 2021, Jamie was elected as Vice-Chair of the Platte County Democratic Central Committee. She's been a vocal advocate in the state legislature, pushing for laws that improve the lives of everyday Missourians and protesting divisive and restrictive legislation. With this bid for public office in District 12, Jamie aims to continue her positive influence on behalf of her constituents.
